Meditation to celebration

Purpose of Meditation:Meditation to Celebration

Posted on January 23, 2022January 27, 2022

Silence is the voice of the limitless potential. Silence is the path to Source of all actions. Silence is the goal of meditation because the source can only be realised through silent mind. Perfection can only be realised through silence of mind.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is the only medium to connect with the source and realise the perfection or completeness or wholeness. Meditation is the union(Yoga) with the God or the completeness. Only through Meditation, one can bring the perfection in life. Know meditation and know the God or the completeness.

Let us understand the science behind Meditation .

The whole cannot be told. One can be the whole but cannot express the whole in words.Expression is always the limit of the Whole. For example when ocean(limitless) expresses itself through action, it becomes waves(limits). Ocean Can’t express itself as it is, through action. The only way ocean can express itself as it is, is through silence.

When the mind gets quiet, the source speaks. The only way to realise the perfection is through silent mind. Meditation is the process of realising the perfection or the completeness within. Silence of mind is the highest state of meditation. Silence is full of answers.

One cannot experience the perfection through Action but through Meditation or Dhyana. Dhyana or meditation is the the process of realising the source which is completeness or wholeness. Until that wholeness is realised, life is incomplete ,no matter what one does, one shall always remain incomplete without realising the limitless or completeness. Only through the stillness of Mind, one can realise the limitless or the completeness or the wholeness. Perfection is not in the action and can never be attained through action but through meditation. Perfection can only be the background of all the actions . Perfection cannot be expressed or realised through action, the only way to perfection is the stillness of mind. When mind becomes still, perfection is realised, that state of being is called Samadhi state. Once perfection or completeness is realised, life becomes celebration in action.

Silence is the way of realising the Perfection, through action perfection cannot be realised simply because action can only be the expression of the perfection. Meditation is the medium to experience the source of all the actions through silence. Only silent mind can live in the bliss of the present moment out of completeness within.

PS:Once perfection is realised through meditation, life becomes celebration in action.
