Leadership traits:All about Leadership Mindset

Posted on December 17, 2021August 8, 2022
Leaders believe in themselves more than situations outside. They believe in making a difference to the world by being the change.

Everyone wants to grow, achieve and expand their boundaries. But very few people actually know the process of expanding their boundaries and most are often dependent on people and situations for experiencing their boundary expansion. The only difference between a naive and a Leader is that a leader is the advance stage of naive who has done experiments, made mistakes, encountered failures , learnt from failures and outgrown from failures . Leaders are those who are no more dependent on situations and results rather they are greater than situations and results, who can accept and overcome any situation on the way gracefully . They are those who find solutions to problems and make a difference to people by helping them in expanding their boundaries…

Leaders are action oriented and not situation oriented. Leaders believe in themselves more than situations outside.
Leaders are action oriented and not situation oriented. Leaders believe in themselves more than situations outside.

Leaders are stable from within and dynamic from outside and help others achieve growth. They are not dependent on situations or people , they are self dependent and independent of people and situations and that’s why they can manage any situation gracefully. They work for satisfaction not success, success is by product of satisfaction within. They get satisfaction by helping others achieve growth by expanding their boundaries. Where common people find satisfaction in situations, leaders get satisfaction through their actions. Common people are dependent on situations for satisfaction whereas leaders get satisfaction through their actions.

Three I's of Leaders are Integrity, Insights and Inclusiveness. Leaders accept and overcome any situation gracefully.
Three I’s of Leaders are Integrity, Insights and Inclusiveness. Leaders accept and overcome any situation gracefully.

Leaders don’t believe in weakness, instead they believe in uniqueness and that’s why they are rather creative than competitive. Where competition ends, creativity or originality begins.

A competitive mind cannot be creative as competition is boundedness whereas creativity is the unboundedness.
Leaders are not results or situations oriented, they are action oriented, they believe in themselves rather than situations or results and get satisfaction through right actions in all situations. They are not attached to situations or results unlike common mindset, they follow righteousness and ready to accept and overcome any situation that comes on the way. Since they are not attached to results so they are invincible.

On the other hand, there is the Lord Mindset who is above leaders .The lord is the greatest leader who has realised the self as the limitless consciousness and becomes eternally satisfied from within. The Lord even doesn’t work for satisfaction, the lord works from the satisfaction within and helps people to attain the fulfilment. The Lord helps others achieve satisfaction and he himself is ever satisfied. The lord is self-less out of completeness or fulfilment within. The lord is the one who has transcended all desires out of fulfilment within. The Lord doesn’t work for fulfilment but from the fulfilment within. The Lord’s action is the expression of the completeness within.

From Result or situation dependent to action dependent to completely Independent or Freedom.
First is common mindset, second is leader mindset and the third is the Lord mindset.
The Lord ‘s mindset is the highest state  of the consciousness. The lord is not against anyone, the lord is just above all who encompasses all within the Self.

One cannot change the world by controlling outward but by controlling inward. Slave tries to control outward whereas a Leader controls inward.
One cannot change the world by controlling outward but by controlling inward. Slave tries to control outward whereas a Leader controls inward and bring change to the world by being the change.

So there are three levels of the Mindset.

1)Naukar(Slave) or Naive Mindset: Attached to Material fruits or Results or Situation, also called slave to situation or material fruits or results. Closed Mindset.

2)Leader Mindset: Non-attachment to Material fruits or Results or Situation. Happiness not dependent on Situation or Material fruits or Results but one’s Action. Work for spiritual goal or satisfaction. Open Mindset.

3)Lord Mindset : Also called the Greatest Leaders. The Goal itself. “Sat Chit Ananda” state of mind. Work from the satisfaction and not for satisfaction. Eternally blissful and peaceful state of Mind. Self-less-ness.

Naukars(Slaves) or Naive follow Leaders whereas Leaders follow the Lord.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appearance. I must say that you’ve done a amazing job with this. Also, the blog loads super quick for me on Opera. Superb Blog!
